Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order has been placed.

We use The Courier Guy as our preferred courier service for all deliveries across South Africa. The Courier Guy provides reliable, trackable delivery to ensure your order arrives safely.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Major metros (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–3 business days
• Other urban areas: 3–5 business days
• Rural areas: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your delivery at The Courier Guy Tracking.

Shipping Costs

 

We offer free shipping on all orders across South Africa. No minimum spend required.

 

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, The Courier Guy will attempt redelivery or hold your parcel at a nearby depot for collection. Additional fees may apply for redelivery attempts.
