30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window on all unopened products from the date of delivery. Products must be in their original, sealed packaging to qualify for a return.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team at contact@livephase.co.za with your order number. We'll provide return shipping instructions within 24 hours.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
